Residential Ventures is officially under construction on the Mechanic’s Building Phase II in Pueblo, Colorado.

The Mechanic’s Building was purchased in 2018 and the construction of Phase I was completed in July 2021. Phase I consisted of 37 apartments and Phase II will convert the ground floor into (3) rental apartments and (1) commercial space, tenant TBD.

Chuck Pell is the Architect, Sam and Brian Potter are the General Contractors on the job, and all subcontractors are local tradesmen. This construction is expected to last three months.

Residential Ventures has recently purchased 15 additional acres throughout the Pueblo region and will be delivering more units this year.

In February 2022 Residential Ventures purchased 5 parcels that make up 3/4 of an entire downtown block in Pueblo, Colorado. The site includes historic Pueblo buildings left behind from prominent downtown companies such as the historic Vail hotel, Cleaver Carpet, and Mac’s Auto. These buildings have been left vacant and Residential Ventures has begun work to convert these properties into a highly sought after destination in the City.
