Established in 2006, Residential Niche is a full-service multi-family and commercial property management company, exclusively managing our own portfolio and communities. Since inception, we have managed over 2,000 multi-family units and 500,000 square feet of commercial space. Our entrepreneurial spirit and hands-on approach has allowed us to take on and turnaround some tough assignments to maximize asset values.
The Residential Niche ownership has over 35 years of property management experience and has operated in the Denver Market for 16 years, the Pueblo Market for 9 years, and the Birmingham market for 8 years.
Our team manages a wide spectrum of both multi-family and commercial properties from 1970’s era properties to newly rehabilitated or constructed properties with special expertise in turnaround situations. Our strengths include installing new management, maintenance, marketing, accounting, and management systems to both troubled assets and new communities. The firm is also equipped to rehab existing structures and other heavy capital projects.
